Refund policy

 You have a 15-day window from the arrival of your parcel to process returns or exchanges. Before initiating the return, please contact us at info@Lanisa.com.au with a reason, attaching your receipt. Without proof of purchase, returns won't be processed.

We accept returns only for manufacturing issues or defects. Ensure the item is unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection for your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note, returns won't be accepted for change of mind or sizing; however, exchanges are available.

Keep in mind that return/exchange shipping fees are your responsibility, and postage fees are non-refundable.

Discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
